This page explains how the medical and clinical content on is written, reviewed, and kept accurate — and what to do if you think something on this site is wrong.
Who Writes This Content
Content is prepared by our team drawing on our surgeons’ clinical experience with , along with published dermatologic and hair restoration literature where relevant. It is not written by an unrelated copywriting agency with no connection to the clinic.
Who Reviews It Before Publishing
Medical claims — how a technique works, what a risk actually involves, what to expect during recovery — are queued for sign-off by a named member of our surgical team. A page that has been signed off shows that clinician’s name and the date of the sign-off in the byline at the top. A page that has not shows a clinical review status note saying so, in plain words. We never carry a review line on trust: if you cannot see a name and a date, no sign-off exists yet. A sign-off also covers the version it was given for — if we edit the page afterwards, the line comes down until it is reviewed again.
What We Won’t Do
- We won’t state a guaranteed , density, or outcome without examining your case.
- We won’t publish a before-and-after photo or patient story without that patient’s consent on file.
- We won’t quietly change a medical claim without it reflecting genuine clinical review — not a marketing edit dressed up as one.

Where we cite figures such as transection rates or scarring risk, we’re drawing on published dermatologic surgery and hair restoration literature covering Afro-textured hair specifically, not general statistics applied loosely to a different hair type.
How We Handle Reviews
Reviews are the easiest thing in this industry to manipulate, so it is worth stating plainly how we collect them.
- We do not offer anything in exchange for a review. No discount, no gift, no upgrade. A rating that was paid for is not a rating.
- We do not screen before asking. Every patient gets the same invitation, regardless of how their case went. Filtering unhappy patients away from review platforms is prohibited by those platforms and is dishonest regardless.
- We do not ask in the first days after surgery. A review written while you are still swollen measures our hospitality, not your result. Our main invitation goes out at twelve months, when there is actually something to assess.
- Writing a review is not permission to publish it here. We ask separately, in writing, before quoting anyone on this site.
- We answer criticism rather than disputing it. How a clinic responds when something goes wrong tells you more than any number of five-star ratings.
The practical consequence is that our review record will build slowly. We would rather it be slow and checkable than fast and unverifiable.
