You can reach us without committing to anything. Most people who message us are still deciding whether surgery is right for them at all, and a fair number are told to wait — that conversation is free and it doesn’t come with a follow-up campaign.
WhatsApp, if you want an actual assessment
The number is +90 542 349 40 44 — the same line the clinic publishes on its Google listing. It takes WhatsApp messages and calls; messages get a fuller answer, because you can attach photographs to them.
This is the fastest route, and it’s the only one where you can send photos. Photographs of your scalp let us tell you something specific instead of something generic, which is the difference between a real answer and a brochure.
What to send
- The top of your head, looking down
- Your hairline from the front
- The back and sides — this is the , and it’s what actually determines what’s possible
- Natural light if you can, dry hair rather than wet, no product

Wet or heavily producted hair clumps and shows more scalp than you really have, which makes an assessment less accurate, not more flattering.
Email or the form, if you’d rather not use WhatsApp
Email: info@afrohairclinicturkey.com
WhatsApp is run by Meta, not by us, and some people would rather not route health details through it. That’s a reasonable position — email and the form below both work, and our privacy policy sets out what happens to whatever you send.
Send a message
The time difference is real
We’re in Istanbul, which runs 7–8 hours ahead of US Eastern time depending on whether US daylight saving is in effect — so around 10–11 hours ahead of the West Coast. If you message in the evening from the States, you’re messaging our small hours. You’ll get a reply, it just may be while you’re asleep.
What happens after you get in touch
- Someone reads what you sent and looks at your photos.
- You get an assessment: whether you look like a candidate, roughly what your case would involve, and an honest note if we think you should wait or see a dermatologist first.
- If it makes sense to go further, you get a written quote with the graft estimate and technique it’s based on — not a bracket.
- You decide, in your own time.
What we won’t do
- Quote you a price before looking at your hair. A number given before assessment is a guess dressed up as an offer.
- Chase you. If you go quiet, we assume you’re thinking. You won’t get a sequence of “still interested?” messages or a countdown on a discount.
- Tell you yes when the answer is no. If your loss is still actively progressing from tension, or your donor area can’t support what you’re picturing, we’ll say so. See when we’d ask you to wait.
Where the clinic is
Afro Hair Clinic — Küçükbakkalköy, Dilek Sabancı Cd. No:4, 34750 Ataşehir/Istanbul, Turkey.
Ataşehir is on the Asian side of the city, which matters when you book flights — Sabiha Gökçen airport is considerably closer to us than Istanbul Airport. There’s more on that in your trip.
Questions we’re happy to answer before you book anything
- Which surgeon would handle my case, and which steps do they perform themselves?
- Can I see before-and-afters at twelve months or later?
- What exactly is included, and what would I pay for separately?
- What’s the deposit, and what happens if I cancel?
- Can I speak to a past patient with hair like mine?
If a clinic gets uncomfortable with any of those, that’s worth noticing — here or anywhere else.
